มาระโก 8:31

​พระองค์​จึงทรงเริ่มกล่าวสอนสาวกว่า ​บุ​ตรมนุษย์จะต้องทนทุกข์ทรมานหลายประการ พวกผู้​ใหญ่​ พวกปุโรหิตใหญ่ และพวกธรรมาจารย์จะปฏิเสธพระองค์ และพระองค์จะต้องถูกประหารชีวิต ​แต่​ในวั​นที​่สามพระองค์จะทรงเป็นขึ้นมาใหม่

And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
