มาระโก 7:11

​แต่​พวกเจ้ากลับสอนว่า ‘​ผู้​ใดจะกล่าวแก่​บิ​ดามารดาว่า “​สิ​่งใดของข้าพเจ้าซึ่งอาจเป็นประโยชน์​แก่​​ท่าน​ ​สิ​่งนั้นเป็นโกระบัน”’ แปลว่าเป็นของถวายแล้ว

But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.
