யோவான் வனாந்திரத்தில் ஞானஸ்நானம் கொடுத்து, பாவமன்னிப்புக்கென்று மனந்திரும்புதலுக்கான ஞானஸ்நானத்தைப்பற்றி பிரசங்கம்பண்ணிக்கொண்டிருந்தான்.
