إِنْجِيلُ مَرْقُسَ 14:38

اِسْهَرُوا وَصَلُّوا لِئَلَّا تَدْخُلُوا فِي تَجْرِبَةٍ. أَمَّا ٱلرُّوحُ فَنَشِيطٌ، وَأَمَّا ٱلْجَسَدُ فَضَعِيفٌ».

Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.
