மரித்தவர்கள் உயிரோடு எழுந்திருக்கும்போது திருமணம் செய்வதும், திருமணம்செய்து கொடுப்பதும் இல்லை. அவர்கள் பரலோகத்தில் தேவதூதர்களைப்போல இருப்பார்கள்.

For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.
