ముఖ్య యాజకులు, ధర్మశాస్త్ర పండితులు ఆ మాట విని ఆయనను ఎలా చంపాలా అని ఆలోచించారు గానీ అక్కడ ఉన్న ప్రజలంతా యేసు బోధకు ఆశ్చర్య చకితులై ఉండడం వల్ల ఆయనకు భయపడ్డారు.

And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.
