భక్తులు దేశంలో లేకుండా పోయారు. ప్రజల్లో యథార్థపరుడు ఒకడూ లేడు. హత్య చేయడానికి అందరూ పొంచి ఉంటారు. ప్రతివాడూ తన తోటి దేశస్థుని వలలో చిక్కించాలని వేటాడుతూ ఉంటాడు.

The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.
