ท่านทั้งหลายผู้เป็นประมุขแห่งวงศ์วานของยาโคบ คือผู้ครอบครองวงศ์วานอิสราเอล จงฟังข้อความนี้ คือท่านผู้ชังความยุ​ติ​ธรรมและผู้แปรความเที่ยงตรงทั้งสิ้นให้ปรวนไป

Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity.
