યહૂદિયાના રાજાઓ યોથામ, આહાઝ અને હિઝકિયાના શાસન દરમ્યાન યહોવાહનું વચન મીખાહ મોરાશ્તી પાસે આવ્યું. અને જે તેને સમરુન તથા યરુશાલેમ સંબંધીના સંદર્શનમાં પ્રાપ્ત થયું તે આ છે.
