మీరు ఉపవాసం చేసేటప్పుడు దొంగ భక్తుల్లాగా మీ ముఖాలు నీరసంగా పెట్టుకోవద్దు. తాము ఉపవాసం చేస్తున్నట్టు మనుషులకు కనబడాలని వారు తమ ముఖాలను వికారం చేసుకుంటారు. వారు తమ ప్రతిఫలం పొందారని కచ్చితంగా చెబుతున్నాను.

¶ Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
