​เมื่อย​ูดาสผู้ทรยศพระองค์​เห​็​นว​่าพระองค์ต้องปรับโทษก็​กลับใจ​ นำเงินสามสิบเหรียญนั้นมาคืนให้​แก่​พวกปุโรหิตใหญ่และพวกผู้​ใหญ่​
