వారు భోజనం చేస్తుండగా యేసు ఒక రొట్టె తీసుకుని స్తుతులు చెల్లించి, విరిచి తన శిష్యులకు ఇస్తూ, “దీన్ని మీరు తీసుకుని తినండి. ఇది నా శరీరం” అని చెప్పాడు.

¶ And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
