நீங்கள் சோதனைக்குட்படாதபடிக்கு விழித்திருந்து ஜெபம்செய்யுங்கள்; ஆவி உற்சாகமுள்ளதுதான், மாம்சமோ பலவீனமுள்ளது என்றார்.

Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
