إِنْجِيلُ مَتَّى 26:41

اِسْهَرُوا وَصَلُّوا لِئَلَّا تَدْخُلُوا فِي تَجْرِبَةٍ. أَمَّا ٱلرُّوحُ فَنَشِيطٌ وَأَمَّا ٱلْجَسَدُ فَضَعِيفٌ».

Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
