ఆ రోజులను దేవుడు తగ్గించకపోతే శరీరంతో ఉన్న ఏ ఒక్కడూ తప్పించుకోలేడు. అయితే, ఆయన ఎన్నుకున్న వారి నిమిత్తం ఆ రోజులను దేవుడు తక్కువ చేస్తాడు.

And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.
