​วิบัติ​​แก่​​เจ้า​ พวกธรรมาจารย์และพวกฟาริ​สี​ คนหน้าซื่อใจคด ด้วยพวกเจ้าริบเอาเรือนของหญิ​งม​่าย และแสร้งอธิษฐานเสียยืดยาว เพราะฉะนั้นพวกเจ้าจะได้รับพระอาชญามากยิ่งขึ้น

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
