Wee u, gij Schriftgeleerden en Farizeen, gij geveinsden, want gij reinigt het buitenste des drinkbekers, en des schotels, maar van binnen zijn zij vol van roof en onmatigheid.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
