وَمَنْ حَلَفَ بِٱلسَّمَاءِ فَقَدْ حَلَفَ بِعَرْشِ ٱللهِ وَبِالْجَالِسِ عَلَيْهِ.
And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.
