மத்தேயு 18:17

அவர்களுக்கும் அவன் செவிகொடுக்காமற்போனால், அதை சபைக்குத் தெரியப்படுத்து; சபைக்கும் செவிகொடுக்காமற்போனால், அவன் உனக்கு வேறுமார்க்கத்தான்போலவும் வரி வசூலிப்பவனைப்போலவும் இருப்பானாக.

And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
