إِنْجِيلُ مَتَّى 18:18

اَلْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: كُلُّ مَا تَرْبِطُونَهُ عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَكُونُ مَرْبُوطًا فِي ٱلسَّمَاءِ، وَكُلُّ مَا تَحُلُّونَهُ عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَكُونُ مَحْلُولًا فِي ٱلسَّمَاءِ.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
