เราบอกความจริงแก่ท่านทั้งหลายว่า ​ศาสดาพยากรณ์​และผู้ชอบธรรมเป็​นอ​ันมากได้ปรารถนาจะเห็นซึ่งท่านทั้งหลายเห็นอยู่​นี้​ ​แต่​เขามิเคยได้​เห็น​ และอยากจะได้ยินซึ่งท่านทั้งหลายได้​ยิน​ ​แต่​เขาก็​มิ​เคยได้​ยิน​

For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
