வழிக்காகப் பையையாவது, இரண்டு அங்கிகளையாவது, பாதணிகளையாவது, தடியையாவது எடுத்துவைக்கவேண்டாம்; வேலையாள் தன் ஆகாரத்திற்குத் தகுதியுள்ளவனாக இருக்கிறான்.

Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat.
