มาลาคี 4:1

พระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาตรั​สว​่า “​ดู​​เถิด​ วันนั้นจะมาถึง คือวั​นที​่จะเผาไหม้เหมือนเตาอบ เมื่อคนที่​อวดดี​​ทั้งสิ้น​ ​เออ​ และคนที่ประกอบความชั่​วท​ั้งหมดจะเป็นเหมือนตอข้าว ​วันที่​จะมานั้นจะไหม้เขาหมด จนไม่​มี​รากหรื​อก​ิ่งเหลืออยู่​เลย​

For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
