నేను చేసిన నిబంధన వారి ప్రాణానికి, శాంతికి మూల కారణం. నా పట్ల వారికి భయభక్తులు కలిగించడానికి నేను వాటిని ఇచ్చాను. కాబట్టి వారు నా పట్ల భయభక్తులు కలిగి, నా నామం విషయంలో భయం కలిగి నడుచుకున్నారు.
