เมื่อคนทั้งสองนั้นมาถึงพระองค์​แล​้วเขาทูลว่า “ยอห์นผู้​ให้​รับบัพติศมาใช้ข้าพเจ้ามาหาท่านให้ถามว่า ‘ท่านเป็นผู้​ที่​จะมานั้นหรือ หรือเราจะต้องคอยผู้​อื่น​’”

When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
