ત્યાર પછી ઈસુએ પોતાના શિષ્યો તરફ જોઈને કહ્યું કે, ‘ઓ નિર્ધનો, તમે આશીર્વાદિત છો કેમ કે ઈશ્વરનું રાજ્ય તમારું છે.

¶ And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.
