เมื่อรับประทานแล้ว จึงทรงหยิบถ้วยกระทำเหมือนกันตรั​สว​่า “ถ้วยนี้เป็นพันธสัญญาใหม่โดยโลหิตของเราซึ่งเทออกเพื่อท่านทั้งหลาย
