Lukas 22:25

Då sa Jesus till dem: ”Folkens kungar uppträder som herrar (utövar sin makt) över sina landsmän, och de som har makten (auktoriteten) kallar sig ’folkens välgörare’.

And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
