അനന്തരം അവൻ ജനത്തോടു ഉപമ പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാൽ: ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ ഒരു മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം നട്ടുണ്ടാക്കി കുടിയാന്മാരെ പാട്ടത്തിന്നു ഏല്പിച്ചിട്ടു ഏറിയ കാലം പരദേശത്തു പോയി പാർത്തു.

Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time.
