സമയമായപ്പോൾ കുടിയാന്മാരോടു തോട്ടത്തിന്റെ അനുഭവം വാങ്ങേണ്ടതിന്നു അവരുടെ അടുക്കൽ ഒരു ദാസനെ അയച്ചു; അവനെ കുടിയാന്മാർ തല്ലി വെറുതെ അയച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

And at the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty.
