إِنْجِيلُ لُوقَا 20:6

وَإِنْ قُلْنَا: مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ، فَجَمِيعُ ٱلشَّعْبِ يَرْجُمُونَنَا، لِأَنَّهُمْ وَاثِقُونَ بِأَنَّ يُوحَنَّا نَبِيٌّ».

But and if we say, Of men; all the people will stone us: for they be persuaded that John was a prophet.
