พระองค์ตรัสคำอุปมาเรื่องหนึ่งให้เขาฟังเพื่อสอนว่า คนทั้งหลายควรอธิษฐานอยู่เสมอ ไม่อ่อนระอาใจ
And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
