قَائِلًا: «كَانَ فِي مَدِينَةٍ قَاضٍ لَا يَخَافُ ٱللهَ وَلَا يَهَابُ إِنْسَانًا.
Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:
