லூக்கா 16:18

தன் மனைவியைத் தள்ளிவிட்டு, வேறொரு பெண்ணைத் திருமணம் செய்கிறவன் விபசாரம் செய்கிறான், கணவனாலே விவாகரத்து செய்யப்பட்டவளைத் திருமணம் செய்கிறவனும் விபசாரம் செய்கிறான்.

Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery.
