లూకా రాసిన సువార్త 14:7

ఆ విందుకు ఆహ్వానం అందినవారు భోజనపంక్తిలో అగ్ర స్థానాలను ఎన్నుకోవడం చూసి ఆయన ఇలా అన్నాడు,

¶ And he put forth a parable to those which were bidden, when he marked how they chose out the chief rooms; saying unto them,
