తరువాత ప్రజల కోసం అర్పించాల్సిన శాంతిబలి అర్పణగా ఎద్దునూ, పోట్టేలునూ వధించాడు. అహరోను కొడుకులు వాటి రక్తాన్ని అతనికి అందించారు. దాన్ని అతడు బలిపీఠం చుట్టూ చిమ్మాడు.
