Leviticus 8:11

Ook sprenkelde hij daarvan op het altaar, zevenmaal, en zalfde het altaar met al zijn toebehoren, benevens het wasbekken en zijn voetstuk, om ze te heiligen.

And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all his vessels, both the laver and his foot, to sanctify them.
