પાપાર્થાર્પણ દોષાર્થાર્પણ જેવું જ છે. તે બન્નેને માટે એક સરખા જ નિયમો લાગુ પડે છે. જે યાજક તે વડે પ્રાયશ્ચિત કરે, તેને તે મળે.
