లేవీకాండం 5:1

“ఒక వ్యక్తి తాను చూసిన దాన్ని గానీ, విన్న దాన్ని గానీ సాక్ష్యం చెప్పాల్సిన అవసరం వచ్చినప్పుడు సాక్ష్యం చెప్పకుండా పాపం చేస్తే దానికి ఆ వ్యక్తే బాధ్యత వహించాలి.

And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.
