Men om han inte har möjlighet att föra fram två duvor eller två turturduvor, då ska han som har syndat föra fram som sitt offer en tiondels efa [3,5 liter] fint mjöl som syndoffer, han ska inte hälla någon olja på det, inte heller ska han lägga någon rökelse på det, för det är ett syndoffer.
