Maar wanneer iemand de kosten voor een stuk kleinvee niet kan opbrengen, moet hij als zijn zondeoffer, voor wat hij misdeed, twee tortels of twee jonge duiven aan Jahweh offeren; de een als zondeoffer, de ander als brandoffer.
