Leviticus 4:24

En hij zal zijn hand op het hoofd van den bok leggen, en zal hem slachten in de plaats, waar men het brandoffer slacht voor het aangezicht des HEEREN; het is een zondoffer.

And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before the LORD: it is a sin offering.
