LEVITICO 3:1

E SE l'offerta di alcuno è sacrificio da render grazie, s'egli l'offerisce del grosso bestiame, maschio o femmina che quella bestia sia, offeriscala senza difetto, nel cospetto del Signore.

And if his oblation be a sacrifice of peace offering, if he offer it of the herd; whether it be a male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the LORD.
