Kama mtu yeyote anayeweka nadhiri ni maskini mno kuweza kulipa kiasi kilichowekwa, atampeleka huyo mtu kwa kuhani, ambaye ataweka thamani yake kulingana na kile mweka nadhiri anachoweza kulipa.
