LEVITICO 27:8

E se colui che avrà fatto il voto sarà così povero, che non possa pagar la tua estimazione, presenti la persona votata davanti al Sacerdote, il qual ne faccia l'estimazione; facciala secondo la possibilità di colui che avrà fatto il voto.

But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
