“​เจ้​าทั้งหลายอย่ากระทำรูปเคารพหรือรูปแกะสลักสำหรับตัว หรือตั้งเสาศั​กด​ิ์​สิทธิ์​ และเจ้าทั้งหลายอย่าตั้งสิ่งใดๆที่เป็​นร​ูปสัณฐานสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใดด้วยศิลาไว้ในแผ่นดินของเจ้า เพื่อแก่​การกราบไหว้​ เพราะเราคือพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของเจ้า

Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.
