Kung hindi matubos ang bahay sa loob ng isang buong taon, sa gayon ang bahay na nasa pinaderang siyudad ay magiging permanenteng ari-arian ng taong bumili nito, sa kabuuan ng mga salinhlahi ng kanyang mga kaapu-apuhan. Hindi na ibabalik ang bahay na iyon sa Paglaya.
