సంవత్సరాల లెక్క ప్రకారం జీతంపై పని చేసే వాడి లాగా వాడతని దగ్గర పని చెయ్యాలి. అతని చేత కఠినంగా సేవ చేయించకుండా మీరు చూసుకుంటూ ఉండాలి.

And as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: and the other shall not rule with rigour over him in thy sight.
