लैव्यव्यवस्था 25:39

“फिर यदि तेरा कोई भाई-बन्धु तेरे सामने कंगाल होकर अपने आपको तेरे हाथ बेच डाले, तो उससे दास के समान सेवा न करवाना।

¶ And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant:
