આ તો પવિત્ર વિશ્રામવારનો દિવસ છે, માટે તમે ઉપવાસ કરો અને આત્મકષ્ટ કરો. નવમા દિવસની સાંજથી પછીના દિવસની સાંજ સુધી તમારે વિશ્રામ પાળવો.”

It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.
